Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the professional photography services provided. By booking or enquiring, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please refrain from using this website or booking services.
Booking & Contract
A booking is only confirmed once a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer fee have been received. The date will remain available until these have been provided. A wedding photography contract will be issued after your initial enquiry, outlining all agreed services, deliverables, and terms specific to your booking.
Payment Policy
A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the wedding day. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of the booking. Payments may be made by bank transfer or another agreed method as specified in your contract.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Should you need to cancel your booking, the retainer is non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs within 60 days of the wedding date, the full balance may be due depending on the circumstances. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be agreed upon in writing. In the unlikely event that the photographer is unable to attend due to illness or emergency, a full refund will be issued or a suitable replacement arranged.
Delivery of Images
Edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within the timeframe specified in your contract, typically 6–10 weeks after the wedding date. The number of images delivered will reflect the duration and nature of the event. Images are provided in high-resolution JPEG format and are not supplied as unedited RAW files.
Image Usage & Copyright
All photographs remain the intellectual property of the photographer and are protected under copyright law. Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to print and share their images for personal use. The photographer retains the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
In the event of equipment failure, circumstances beyond the photographer\’s control, or other unforeseen events that prevent full coverage of the wedding, liability is limited to a proportional refund based on services delivered. The photographer is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses. A backup equipment kit is always carried to minimise the risk of technical failure.
